Refund policy
Returns & Exchange Policy
Each journal and card is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We check every single one and pack with great care to ensure it arrives safely. However, if you still need to make a return, please see the steps below.
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging (or in similar sturdy protective packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us first at hello@comefullcircle.co.uk – items sent without approval will not be accepted
- The item remains your responsibility until it is received by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Include your receipt with your name, address and reason for return
- You'll cover return postage and we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
- Refunds will only cover the cost of the purchased items, excluding the initial shipping costs.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. After 15 business days, contact us at hello@comefullcircle.co.uk
- We are unable to offer exchanges at the moment – please return for a refund and place a new order
Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not caused by us)
- Items showing signs of use or handling marks
- Items returned more than 28 days after delivery
- Unclaimed parcels returned to us
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and sale items cannot be refunded.
Returned/Unclaimed Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or wasn't collected after a delivery attempt, you're responsible for return and reshipment costs. We cannot reship until these are paid.
Damage & Defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@comefullcircle.co.uk with:
- Your order number and description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (send photos in a follow-up email to avoid spam filters)

Journal Sizes
Because linen covers are hand-bound, journals may vary by up to 2mm.
Colours
Colours on screen may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings.
Taxes & Additional Costs
Local charges (customs, duties, etc.) are your responsibility depending on your region.
